There are re-heating instructions printed on each label, and a printed chart also shipped with every consignment. But for your convenience we also list them here.

Reheating Instructions

FOR BEST ENJOYMENT PLEASE DO NOT MICROWAVE 4 & 20 PASTRY PRODUCTS - EXCEPT AS NOTED ON LABELS FOR OVEN RE-FINISHING. MICROWAVING ALONE WILL SPOIL THE CRISPNESS.

PASTIES, PIES, and SAUSAGE ROLLS

To reheat from FROZEN
Preheat oven to 350°F
Bake uncovered from frozen for 35 minutes
350 degrees

To reheat from REFRIGERATED
Preheat oven to 350°F
Bake uncovered for approx. 15 minutes

GRAVIES and SAUCES

De-Frost & remove lid of container.
Microwave according to instructions on lid

DEFROSTING PORK PIES

Pork Pies should be eaten cold
Allow Pork Pies to completely defrost in a refrigerator
Remove from refrigerator and allow Pork Pies to come to room temperature before eating
After defrosting Pork Pies should be kept in a refrigerator for a maximum of 3-4 days

FREEZER and STORAGE RECOMMENDATION

Your 4 & 20 Pasty Company order will arrive still cold and core frozen.
All our products are pre-baked and fully cooked.
Please place in freezer immediately upon receipt to recover from their journey.
We do not use any artificial preservatives in any of our products so we recommend you use your frozen Pasties, Pies and Sausage Rolls no more than 12 weeks after receipt for the very best flavor.
However, they are safe & tasty frozen for up to 9 months.
