Shipping & Returns Policy – The 4&20 Way

We're chuffed to send you our finest range, but since our goodies are a bit on the perishable side (they don’t take kindly to sunbathing), we’ve got a few important bits to share about how we get them to your door.

No PO Boxes, Sorry, Me Dears

We don’t ship to PO Boxes. Not now, not ever. If you pop one in as your address, we can’t be held responsible if your pasties go wandering.

Free Shipping – Cheers to That!

We like to keep things simple (and affordable). Here’s the deal:

  • Orders over $130? You get free shipping AND thermal packing—lush!
  • Orders under that? Still a bargain: Shipping includes Thermal Packaging, but we ask you to keep your orders to a minimum of $60.

When We Ship

We send out parcels on Mondays and Tuesdays, so they don’t get stuck having a weekend lie-in. Occasionally, we’ll ship on Wednesdays too, if parcels are going on a short trip.

Stormy Skies & Holidays

If it’s blowing a hoolie out there, or a public holiday’s got the couriers napping, we might hang on to your order till it's safe to travel. We’ll always err on the side of keeping your pasties happy and fresh.

Where We Ship

We send our pastry treasures to all 48 U.S. States

We do not ship to:

  • Hawaii
  • Alaska (too far, sadly)
  • Anywhere international

· And once more for those in the back: NO PO BOXES

Receiving Your Parcel – Quick Tips

Here’s what to do when your parcel arrives at your door:

· No need to sign – it’ll be left safe and sound

· Try to be around to greet it – our pasties don’t like waiting

· Don’t touch any dry ice with your bare hands – it’s colder than a dip off the Cornish coast!

· Check everything’s still cold to the touch

· Pop it all straight in the fridge or freezer – same goes for the gel packs if you fancy reusing them

Limitations of Liability (The Serious Bit)

We can’t be held responsible for things like:

  • Bad weather
  • Wild postal delays
  • Strikes
  • Aliens abducting your parcel (okay, maybe not that…)

Also, please double-check your address and order info – we can’t fix what we don’t know is broken!

Changes & Cancellations

Need to tweak your order or cancel it?

· Give us a shout through our “Contact Us” page

· We’ll do our best to help: edit it, cancel it, or hold it ‘til you're ready

· But if it’s already been sent off with the courier, we can’t stop it mid-journey

Returns Policy

Now then, let’s talk returns. We’re not your average big-box shop where you can send things back because you changed your mind while the kettle was boiling. Our goodies are perishable, after all – and once they’ve left our hands, they’re on a one-way trip to your belly.

But don’t fret – we’ve still got your back.

Our No-Fuss, No-Nonsense Approach

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we don’t accept returns

BUT!

If there’s been a hiccup along the way – say:

  • Your order arrives warm instead of chilled
  • Something’s damaged or missing
  • The wrong item turned up (unless you fancied an accidental mystery box?)

Then we want to hear from you right away.

What to Do If Something’s Gone Pear-Shaped

  1. Let us know within 4 hours of your delivery arriving.
  2. Pop us a message by email to info@4and20pastycompany.com
  3. Attach a photo or two so we can see what went wrong.
  4. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll get on it quicker than a seagull on a pasty.

What Happens Next?

Depending on the issue, we’ll either:

  • Reship your order (fresh and proper this time)
  • Or sort out a full or partial refund

Either way, we won’t leave you hanging – promise.

Just a Few Notes

  • We can’t issue refunds or replacements for orders where the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete (double-check those details!)
  • Same goes for packages that sat outside too long and got a sun-tan – best to be home or have a neighbor keep an eye out

Still Have Questions?

Drop us a line! We’re always happy to chat, help, and make sure you’re well looked after. After all, it’s not just about the pasties – it’s about good service and good food.
